Today I wasn't here, but the students worked on pages 313-314 out of their textbooks and turned them in at the end of the class.  If they finished early they read a booklet over fossil fuel formation.

Tuesday through Thursday

Tuesday through Thursday we have the benchmarks so there will not be anything we will be doing in class.

Today we watched a Bill Nye video over Erosion and the students filled out a handout for it.  They attached it to their spirals when they were done.

Thursday January 7, 2016

Today the students created a five question quiz from the objective we are covering at the moment.
They had to read pages 299 to 309 from their textbook and then come up with five questions from those pages.

Wednesday January 6, 2016

Today the students and I went through the digital lesson over processes that shape the Earth's surface.

Extra Credit

Complete the following virtual lab and turn in a two paragraph summary by Friday for a free 100.

January 5, 2016

Today we viewed a video over weathering, erosion and deposition.
The students started working on a before and after picture of how land forms are changed and created through weathering and erosion.  Those will be due at the end of the day tomorrow.

We will be viewing the digital lesson titled: "What are the processes that shape the Earth's surface"
