Today the students did the water magnifier activity. It was designed to show how water can magnify the smallest of things. It was also designed to show how light can interact with water to magnify things as well.

Today the students finished up the energy flipbooks we atated on Friday. We then took a quiz over the flipbook where the students were presented a picture and had to identify what kinds of energy were present in those pictures.
In health the students took notes over the skeletal system and were told they would be having an exam over that system along with the muscular system on Wednesday.

Today the science students finished the "exploring Energy video notes" we started on Tuesday. The last two days were spent in the science lab working on the CD Hovercraft Lab. After the video we started looking at forms of energy and the students worked on a flipbook over the 5 different kinds in their science spirals.

Science - We worked on vocabulary for our unit over forces.
The studetns had to draw a picture and write the definition for each word in their science spiral.
We have an exam over mixtures and solutions Wednesday, the students will be recieving a review tomorrow during class.
Health- The students were given time to finish up their brain and neuron diagrams and parts definitions during class.
