Today the students worked on their Light and Sound google slides presentation for the last day.  I will be grading those over the course of this week and the next and post them as soon as possible.

The ones that were completed with everything worked on the Science games that is linked at the top of the blog.

The Reynolds Academy of Scientific Learning has lost its lead scientist on light and sound.  Your job is to create a presentation that will teach the other scientist at The Reynolds Academy of Scientific Learning about light and sound.

Create a Google slides document over the following Questions.

Must include at least three valid points answering each question
Must include at least one diagram/picture describing the question.
Title Slide must have name and Title "Light and Sound Travel"
At least 8 slides
Use the textbook pages 249-285 for information or other resources

Must include answers to the following questions:

1. Describe how sound travels in waves
2. Demonstrate that sound is transmitted by vibrations through mediums
3. What are some uses of sound energy

4. Explain what light is and how it travels
5. Describe some properties of light including the electromagnetic spectrum

6. Demonstrate that light travels in a straight line until it strikes an object or travels from on medium to another
7. Demonstrate that light can be reflected and refracted

Today we played a review game over the review sheet I handed out yesterday.  Tomorrow we will be having an exam.

EXTRA CREDIT FOR 10 POINTS: write the following down below question 4 on the review and turn it in to the box before the exam. (I studied hard and feel confident I will pass the exam tomorrow)
